Any store that employees people who can be so rude to a child who is eagerly standing there wanting to do business with them doesn't deserve to be open. It's a lower paying, fairly typical retail job. Most metrics are obtainable, some are not. I can't speak on all the leadership, but the leadership I interacted was always supportive and respectful.
