I cant stay in one spot for too long but with working here, they are very lax and chill, but still able to get work done. Easy interview process. Cons Management, standing around for hours if not days without nothing to do, no appreciation. Great business model, ability to run your store as your own business. Build and support a great team and you will have a good outcome l, wish I never left. Pay scale is ridiculous. A full time position only pays about 11 to 12 per hour.

Cons Only one break. Call center work.. Call center work dealing with rude customers for 10 hours a day. Answering phones and taking orders. Can be decent money if you buy into the sales pitch. Would not recommend. Pros Work from home.

I just had a conversation with someone who worked in the terrible work environment and felt compelled to share my bad experience. They will not hire out for any cleaning or repairs, ie forklift maintenance, bathroom cleaning, floors, windows etc. The store is very very dirty and constantly behind on new displays etc. This lead to countless safely issues while I was there.
